Our two newest features really expand the usefulness of TruckinTracs. First the QuickBooks® Interface will directly feed the Freight Bills into your Invoices, the Settlements into your Bills and when payment checks arrive, those directly are entered in as a payment to your Invoices and update you Bank Reconciliation. Without ANY duplicate entry on your part. It is so Fast!!!
Couple that in with a Handy tool the TruckinLRC(Load Rate Confirmation). TruckinLRC allows you to have ONE or MORE dispatchers enter loads and keep your Trucks moving. TruckinLRC allows you to start the Load with a Rate Confirmation sheet that can be presented to your customer along with a Load Sheet that the driver will use. This Load Sheet shows all scheduled Pickups and Drops for a load with Date, Time, Addresses and Contact information. No more second guessing on where or when to pickup or unload. As with TruckinTRACS, TruckinLRC has customizable Load and Rate Confirmation sheets. These look GREAT too with your Company Logo. There are several layouts to choose from. If you what something even more custom, let us know and we would love to help get you vision on paper.
Once the Load have been completed, a single click of a button sends the Load to TruckinTRACS to be imported into the Freight Bills. Can you imagine, having multiple folks getting loads started and entered and then once the Load Details are completed, just click one button and the billing process begins. How much faster and smoother could it be?
In a matter of minutes from getting the call from a consignee, your loads are prepared and ready to be billed. Imagine how much faster receiving payment for your delivery will be when the Freight Bill takes just seconds to prepare!
